Welcome to Corfu Design and Construction (CDC), we are an established english-speaking company, based in the north of the island.  We have a comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and real estate in Corfu, through experience of over 30 years, wherein most of our clients were local investors and the business community.

In 2005, we were approached by an english couple, who asked us if we could help them to develop their dream property in Corfu, and here was where it began.  From previous problems of those who we now call our 'friends' had encountered, it became apparent to us that there was a need for a different kind of service, when buying or selling property or land in Corfu.  A team that could provide a full project management service from start to finish, no 'hard sell' techniques, and a company that would be informative and more importantly, supportive through every step of the purchase and construction process.

We primarily work with the design and construction of off-plan schemes, creating new properties in Corfu.  Whether this be following a design supplied by the client, or a scheme designed by our team of qualified professionals, to suit the specific needs and budget of the individual.

Alternatively, although we are not estate agents, we also offer land for sale, and assistance in the purchase of older properties for sale or renovation along with investment and business opportunities, both residential and commercial.
